"Despite the name this is not a “palazzo” experience. A minimalist hotel room with the bare minimum of toiletries and very cluttered public space. "Beautiful area! Most conditions were good. Other than that, not good at all. No blankets, soap, paper towels, only a half roll of toilet paper for 5 adults. Heating system did not work! Very moist in cabin left all our clothes damp. We could not have windows open to dry out air due to mosquitos. ..."
