"What a great location for touring Pisa! Just at the entrance of Piazza del Duomo, where it sits on its own little piazza which is full of market stalls and opposite McDonalds. We arrived by getting the PISAMOVER from the airport, then bus No. +1 from outside the Centrale Station (the bus stop is literally across the road from the hotel). If you arrive from San Rossore train station, it's a 10 minute walk. We had a warm welcome at the hotel, we were on the first floor overlooking the piazza...

Staff were either v helpful at check in ( a young lady, sorry I did not get her name) , or to lazy to help us later when room key to our room would not work , the gentleman on reception had my 69year old husband going up and down 3 times to get it fixed, blamimg us!! "Good location in the heart of Pisa with all the amenities you need for an overnight stay"

"My room was clean but compact. The shower had good water pressure but the drain was slow so there was excess standing water while taking a shower. The breakfast options were below expectations. There was no coffee available before 7am. The beading was thin and no extra blankets. Parking was extremely poor and difficult to find"
