Unfortunately they only provided one key which meant we couldn’t achieve what we wanted as had to leave together otherwise there would be no power / lights for the other persons "

"Run by a sweet elderly couple, the bath, kitchenette and linens were very clean. However, the carpeting was not and the facility could use a good freshening up. It is very convenient to everything in Martinborough and was inexpensive."

"The room was spotless and bed very comfortable A bit noisy early in the mornings but that was just due to its location TV was a bit of a nightmare and couldn't find any way of getting "normal TV" all app driven Would stay again for sure"

"Parking was next to a derelict car. What can I say in favour of the room? The lamp shade was nice. other than that the room was appalling. The room was very smelly, old, tatty, damaged worktops, damaged shower, no Jug/kettle, no hairdryer. Amenities were very basic. Curtains were tatty. The staff were unhelpful. The lady who gave us the keys insisted on taking my credit card details to cover "incidentals" The photos in their brochure is of a new block. We were put in the older rooms which...

"Quiet, clean and convenient holiday park in a semi-rural setting, yet only 5 minutes walk from town. Super quick check-in with everything we needed for a great one night stay, including a well-equipped and well-kept communal kitchen."

"We were only in the room for a short time as we left before sunrise. Check in was quick as was the check out. The room was great. "

"Room needed a spring clean... coffee stained plug hole in sink, icebox needs defrosting (ice cubes would be great). Bathroom ceiling needs dead bugs removed, vent need webs removed, garbage bin pedal was broken. However it was clean. Good tv facilities were there but you had to sign in to stuff. We watched tv1 but it kept dropping us. Spa the treadmill vibrated when running at speed so remote was flung off and slammed into wall (all still worked)"

"Waited in reception for 20 minutes before being seen by the receptionist that had no manners and demanded everything, room was filthy and not what I had booked for, came back to the accommodation the next day later in the afternoon and rooms had still not been cleaned. Overall I give the motel a bad rating & definitely won’t be staying there again or suggesting to anyone. "
