"For Downtown Seattle, the property was great. Clean, nice staff and good food. The rooms were nice and the beds comfy. However, we did not have hot water in our rooms, and the staff did not offer any solutions or an any kind of credit. For the amount of money we paid, I would expect at least something, but I had to ask. To top it off, the valet service mixed up vehicles. "Lovely hotel with amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The only "complaint" was walking from the water to the hotel- the hills are extremely steep. Other than that, which can't be helped, we couldn't have been happier with our choice of hotels!"

"The front desk staff was, for the most part, very engaging and helpful but there was one young lady whose name was something like Cherry, who did not smile, was not at all helpful and when we made a special request for a late check out, she said we would be charged $50 and hour when 2 other staff members had said it would be fine."

"Came to go on a cruise for a one night stay- it was great spot to be close to everything but unfortunately did not have a shuttle to the hotel or the cruise terminal and Ubers and Lyfts in the area are very pricey. They do have a heated pool inside which is definitely a nice touch, and the staff were super friendly. Very historic feel and the rooms could use some updated deep cleans but overall was a good stay"
