Fantastic place

Very nice hotel. Great location, good breakfast, nice indoor pool an very friendly staff. Quiet and beautiful views over the village and only a short walk don to the village centre.

Very happy in general. Perfect if skiing, including the spa, very nice and authentic style of the building. Excellent service in particular the shuttle. A short walk to the village center, though the last 100 meters or so following the roadway rather than a pedestrian path.

Beautiful spot for a snowy vacation!

A snowy winter wonderland! This hotel exceeded all our expectations—the room, restaurant, and spa were all great. However, the best part hands down was the staff! Every person was so welcoming, friendly, and professional and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. It’s a fun spot for families, but amidst the kids and activities we still had a lovely romantic visit because of the extra special touches that were made for us(Grazie Sergio!)

Nice hotel with a view over the valley

This hotel suited well our one night stay in Madonna. Location was within walking distance from the town centre with a nice view from the breakfast room. Spa was nice, there was even a water bucket in the sauna!

Ampi spazi di miglioramento

Punto primo il cartello dell'hotel non e' visibile dalla strada ne' tantomeno il cartello che indica dove parcheggiare. Morale della favola se non hai qualcuno che segue il gps ti perdi. La hot tub non funzionava e hanno trovato patetiche scuse per la temperatura ( fredda ) fino quando alla terza serata di spa guarda caso la hot tub era chiusa.... Parcheggio a pagamento non tollerabile visto il costo medio di una notte. La televisione in camera e' situata sulla parete sbagliata e devi torcerti il collo per vederla. Nel complesso il posto e' bello con ristorante all'altezza sia per colazione e per cena. Peccato per i dettagli.

Summer Visit to Cristal Palace Hotel

A lovely hotel in a magnificent setting. A free shuttle bus will take you down to the centre of the town any time of day and collect on request. The only shortfall was the lack of aircon during a very hot July
