"I really liked the hotel but shower temperature was too hot, shower gel was out completely and obviously didnt notice until in the shower, ice machine on our floor was out of order, prior guest's clothes on floor of bathroom. Contacted front desk re shower gel and hot water, but no one came to room to rectify. "

"The room was nice, clean, comfortable bed, lots of pillows. Big screen tv. Nice selection of soap/shampoo products.Breakfast had decent selection of breads, eggos, yogurt, cereals-cold and hot. Would have been great to have some fresh fruit. Didn't realize there will a few different buildings with only one by the pool. I thought it was in a bit more walkable location. Overall, very nice. "

"The room was tiny but clean. The property could use better maintenance & some updating. The chairs & bed weren't very comfy , the fridge didn't work well at all. The staff was the highlight of our stay. The housekeeper was so friendly & efficient. I even heard her singing while working, amazing voice. The gentleman at the front desk was great & friendly as well. I was very pleased that it was so quiet at night for this area & we felt safe as well. I did like that their pool was handicap accessible with a chair lift but it's still a bit chilly to take a dip."
