"Easy access off I-10, great for a quick in and out while traveling. Did not use any amenities, so unable to rate. But everything looked well thought out and new."

"The day I checked in I was struggling, on crutches, and the woman at the desk was unbearably rude to me. My key card proceeded to stop working repeatedly. The second day I spoke with another woman who was very kind and even assisted me by bringing my new card to my room for me. Mixed bag, I guess but the first interaction will leave a bad enough taste for me to not return. "

"Room wasn’t cleaned the best, especially having small children. A huge pill was on the floor by one of the beds and when I scooted the nightstand over a couple of inches I found a facial razor and various other items. The pill I trashed but I left the rest. There were hairs in the shower and a huge hair in the fridge. We were given one washcloth, 3 hand towels and 3 body towels for a huge double bed suite. When it’s late and you’re trying to bathe small children with a hand towel it’s annoying. Also, after checking out I realized one of my sons prized possessions had been left behind and could not get anyone to answer the phone, I called 6 times and the phone just rang and rang but every time I came by during our stay there was always someone at the front desk so very frustrated to not get through to anyone. "

"The breakfast was very good, the staff was helpful and friendly. The room needed to be upgraded.. it smelled extremely musty. The temperature was difficulty to maintain a comfortable level."

"First, being charged to park in the hotel’s lot is extremely frustrating. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never had to pay for parking, so this policy was surprising and disappointing. When I asked the attendant about it, her response was abrupt and dismissive. She simply said it was “policy,” and when I expressed that I found it unreasonable, she replied, “Sir, you don’t have to stay here.” That kind of response is unprofessional and unhelpful, especially when addressing a paying guest. I even asked whether she would help arrange another hotel, but received no support. To make matters worse, I still have not received my deposit back. I was told it would be returned after the room inspection, which felt unnecessary and insinuating, as if I couldn’t be trusted to leave the room in good condition. Overall, this was a very negative experience driven largely by poor customer service. The interaction left me feeling disrespected, and it has ensured that I will not return. Ben West."
