"Stay here for a nigth after visit Bicester Village. This hotel is comfy. The price was reasonable. The room is okay, but the front staff need to be improved regarding their service mind."
"Second visit to this hotel and really enjoyed the comfortable bed, lovely spa and good bar food. It is a little remote so not ideal if you need to be right on top of things but the nearby town of Bicester covers that."
"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

The food was excellent quality, the rooms were super clean, its easy to get into oxford from there and the above all else the staff went above and beyond.
