The Customer Service at the front desk was outstanding. Everyone greeted me with a smile and was very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. I will most certainly stay at this facility next year.

Staff were friendly. Attractive lobby & breakfast room. Breakfast was good. Fresh bananas, yogurts, flavors to put in your coffee. Starbucks & McDonalds coffee pods. Microwave available to heat hot foods. Price was right, that's why we stayed here instead of our usual BW.

This family-owned hotel offers a warm and welcoming stay, featuring friendly owners who go out of their way to accommodate guests, plus a striking bison head display in the lobby. Great place away from home!!!

Not sure what other options there are in Pinedale but I would not go here again. The main light in the room (first switch when entering) didn't work. The shower drain was clogged. The carpet smelled like cat pee. The breakfast was rough. I ate the the local grocery store. They had good grab and go burritos. The entry area and seating in the breakfast room is nice and nice looking. That's about it.

Outside and lobby are very nice. Pool area is being renovated and our room was an old room. I think based on lobby it will be nice in the future. The breakfast lacked a lot. It was a nice place for one night.

This hotel is a happy story as it is cosmetically restored floor by floor. My second-floor room with a king was very spacious and the warm shower heated fast and flowed well. The pool and breakfast room were great. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful with information about dining. I am convinced his family business will do great things with this place.
