"The bed was comfortable and the room was relatively clean. We had to get three different sets of keys to get in the door. And we had to move rooms. Instead of giving us a new card, she scratched out the number on the card and rewrote it. There were blood stains on the walls in the elevator. And the TV was not working. They did have a note in the elevator stating this. I’d have to say the two worst ratings were cleanliness of the common areas and maintenance. Spend some money on maintenance and...
