"We had a great time at this hotel. There were always plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas available. The pool area was nice. We weren’t very prepared for how expensive everything is, so check out the menus ahead of time and be prepared. You may want to head to the store when you get here and stock up on drinks and snacks. It’s in a very walkable area, where you can be at great restaurants and bars in a 15 minute walk. Service in the lobby bar is outstanding. Fernando at the towel hut was the best thing about the whole resort! How could anyone be grumpy when he’s around!? Love you, Fernando! You’re fabulous!"

"It was a beautiful property, however the room was not as well maintained as the rest of the hotel and did not match up to the price. Also found the cost of food and drinks unreasonably high for what you were getting. I have stayed at other places in the area that were nicer and much more affordable which is why I personally wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to a friend"

"The staff was exceptional, night life was great, pools are beautiful and service around the pool is a plus. We love the Banyon Tree so that is an attraction. Only drawbacks were the room does not have a lot of lighting but that is really the vibe of the whole hotel. The halls were noisy after 10 pm at night, certainly not the hotel’s fault. Overall, truly a very special place and I can’t wait to come back!"

"The property was amazing I loved the palm trees and all the seating they had around . They had a nice bar / restaurant they made the best mojitos. They also had a gym the room I had was kind of small for two people though use to bump my arm against the tv and the bed was small for two . They had towels to go to the beach you had to go across the bridge and go on the other side they are chairs there and umbrellas. They also had a very good bakery next door which I loved . The staff was so friendly I really loved that I will be back ."
