Beautiful beachfront condo with an amazing location ! Clean and comfortable & only steps away from the beach! Host was accommodating and went above for us. I accidentally booked for the wrong dates and the host was able to change our dates which we were so incredibly grateful! We can’t wait to stay here again!

I spent three weeks in this great holiday apartment. The view directly over the sea, the direct access to the beach and the many amenities in this area. The facilities are very good and I made all my excursions from this apartment. I would like to thank you for the friendly hospitality. I can only say the best about this place.

Very spacious bedrooms, living area and kitchen with full fridge. Pots and pans could have been larger with better fitting lids. Closets were ample, but we had to adjust the sliders. Great view of the beach. Pigeons roosting and cooing on the airconditioner were very loud and unpleasant.

Beautiful view for your morning coffee

Beautiful view of the beach. Two rooms with the bathroom in between. Livingroom and dinning room had a view that was wonderful. All rooms had airconditioners. Close to restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store. Full kitchen so you can make breakfast. Convenient for families with small kids.

I appreciated the 60 plus page of instructions about the property. However, the checkin process is somewhat inconvenient. You have to leave your car on the road (which cops stopped and made my friend move the car) then use a code to get into the building, then register with security before going up to the room where another door pad code is needed to enter the room. Our doorpad did not work so we had to use an emergency lockbox to get an actual key to open the door. Then we gather the fey fob and parking gate opener and pull the car into the parking spot. Next you have to go back through the locked gates again to go to the room. We were a party of 3 with only 1 key and Keaton which limited our ability to come and go separately from each other. Super inconvenient! The room itself is bright like the pictures and is clean, and is appropriately stocked with things you need, but is definitely dated. The location was amazing right across from the beach, but when you come back from the beach you have to use a different door and elevator.

This was an amazing jewel of a stay. Location was excellent, the unit was super clean, and so spacious. We would definitely stay here again! The security guard was super friendly and there was no issues with safety at all.

The pictures of the outside of the building are not what it looks like. Inside of the apartment was good. Needs some work done on the apartment and more seating in the living room. Excellent vacation spot to be on the beach. Places to dine and shop nearby.

Nice view

The apartment was in a noisy location. People on the beach well into the night hours and you can hear everything. The windows don’t close and lock well. It was very warm on arrival into the apartment and took a while to cool down. Cleanliness could be better. The beds were comfortable but they smelled like they hadn’t been washed in a while and there was hair in the bed. For the amount I paid it wasn’t worth it but we were desperate after previous plans fell through.

Amazing location with awesome amenities. Having a cooler and chairs for the beach is such a great bonus. Yes, the building itself is old but the apartment is very nicely decorated and furnished. The building security staff were all so nice. We would definitely return!

We stayed at the Flamenco Beach Oceanfront apartment recently and were very happy with the accommodations. Our apartment looked over the beach and water, fantastic view! The building is directly on the beach. The place was extremely clean, comfortable (the AC worked beautifully, each room had its own unit/controls), and well-accessorized in the kitchen. The security is great with a key-in and key-out system. When you first sign in you have to put a code into the entrance and the directions don't explain that there are two entrance gates but only one has the keypad - it took us a few minutes to figure that out in the dark! The location is perfect. We had a car but ended up walking to dinner every night. There are many restaurants within a 15 minute walk and with limited parking in the area, walking is the best option. Our Jeep fit in the parking spot adjacent to the apartment and we had no trouble getting in and out with the key fob. All-in-all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this apartment and the Capital Jetset Team.
