Room had a great view, it was very clean and right on the beach, very convenient for uber drivers, we took 10 of them. We really liked the iguanas that were next door, big ones. The a/c worked great also. Excellent place to stay.

Definitely worth every penny. This gem is across from one of the best public beaches on the island. Cheap daily umbrella and chair rentals although you didn’t need to rent them because the unit comes with chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. Food trucks on the beach and 2 restaurants located on the corner. Pool wasn’t spectacular but the place was safe and secure. Very walkable with lots of restaurant and souvenir shop options.would definitely stay again

Beautiful beachfront condo with an amazing location ! Clean and comfortable & only steps away from the beach! Host was accommodating and went above for us. I accidentally booked for the wrong dates and the host was able to change our dates which we were so incredibly grateful! We can’t wait to stay here again!

This property is premium location, on the beach, 1 blk to the strip, San Juan hotel, restaurants, pharmacy and more. Close to highway that gets you to SJ Mall and Old SJ in minutes. However we had a difficult time finding the hotel as its tucked in and people didn't know the name of the beach or the property (FLAMENCO BEACH) The listing should say FLAMENCO BEACH apt @ RACQUET CLUB as THIS is the name of the hotel! And b/c there is another area, off shore island, with the exact name FLAMENCO BEACH, even the locals were confused. But a young lady was persistent in finding the location for us, and she did. So it was very confusing especially if you're not familiar with the area. We were pleasantly surprised that the apt was just as shown in the pictures, clean, spacious with the stunning 180 view of the ocean! Kitchen stocked with all the necessary appliances, utensils etc. Beach view even from the kitchen. A/C worked well. Really nice! However, the apt should supply more towels! 2 hand towels, 6 beach towels, 6 bath towels, 1 bath mat for the entire 8days, for a family of 4! This was an area of disappointment 😞. The host responded to my complaints and said he would send someone to refill the towels but noone came. I found 2 bags of towels inside the kitchen pantry with a sign written in Spanish "DO NOT TAKE" but I had to take out clean towels from there after the 5th day of not having the towels refill. Overall, a pleasant stay.

I spent three weeks in this great holiday apartment. The view directly over the sea, the direct access to the beach and the many amenities in this area. The facilities are very good and I made all my excursions from this apartment. I would like to thank you for the friendly hospitality. I can only say the best about this place.

Beautiful view for your morning coffee

Beautiful view of the beach. Two rooms with the bathroom in between. Livingroom and dinning room had a view that was wonderful. All rooms had airconditioners. Close to restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store. Full kitchen so you can make breakfast. Convenient for families with small kids.

Very spacious bedrooms, living area and kitchen with full fridge. Pots and pans could have been larger with better fitting lids. Closets were ample, but we had to adjust the sliders. Great view of the beach. Pigeons roosting and cooing on the airconditioner were very loud and unpleasant.

Nice view

The apartment was in a noisy location. People on the beach well into the night hours and you can hear everything. The windows don’t close and lock well. It was very warm on arrival into the apartment and took a while to cool down. Cleanliness could be better. The beds were comfortable but they smelled like they hadn’t been washed in a while and there was hair in the bed. For the amount I paid it wasn’t worth it but we were desperate after previous plans fell through.

I appreciated the 60 plus page of instructions about the property. However, the checkin process is somewhat inconvenient. You have to leave your car on the road (which cops stopped and made my friend move the car) then use a code to get into the building, then register with security before going up to the room where another door pad code is needed to enter the room. Our doorpad did not work so we had to use an emergency lockbox to get an actual key to open the door. Then we gather the fey fob and parking gate opener and pull the car into the parking spot. Next you have to go back through the locked gates again to go to the room. We were a party of 3 with only 1 key and Keaton which limited our ability to come and go separately from each other. Super inconvenient! The room itself is bright like the pictures and is clean, and is appropriately stocked with things you need, but is definitely dated. The location was amazing right across from the beach, but when you come back from the beach you have to use a different door and elevator.

Amazing location with awesome amenities. Having a cooler and chairs for the beach is such a great bonus. Yes, the building itself is old but the apartment is very nicely decorated and furnished. The building security staff were all so nice. We would definitely return!

We stayed at the Flamenco Beach Oceanfront apartment recently and were very happy with the accommodations. Our apartment looked over the beach and water, fantastic view! The building is directly on the beach. The place was extremely clean, comfortable (the AC worked beautifully, each room had its own unit/controls), and well-accessorized in the kitchen. The security is great with a key-in and key-out system. When you first sign in you have to put a code into the entrance and the directions don't explain that there are two entrance gates but only one has the keypad - it took us a few minutes to figure that out in the dark! The location is perfect. We had a car but ended up walking to dinner every night. There are many restaurants within a 15 minute walk and with limited parking in the area, walking is the best option. Our Jeep fit in the parking spot adjacent to the apartment and we had no trouble getting in and out with the key fob. All-in-all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this apartment and the Capital Jetset Team.

This was an amazing jewel of a stay. Location was excellent, the unit was super clean, and so spacious. We would definitely stay here again! The security guard was super friendly and there was no issues with safety at all.
