"It was a beautiful room but no view, the description of the room was best scenic view, that was the down side and felt it was a little bit pricey. I also paid all bill for stay and cleaning and it was almost 4:00pm and have not got any info on the room. I have the front desk communicate with PMI and they apologize. I will not book again through that company , I had my husband who has terminal cancer on a wheel chair waiting and he was getting worried about the room. I have stayed in this place for many of years and this was first time booking with PMI. Never had it issue booking through the hotel. "

"I stayed at Casa Costera, Isla Verde Beach during a recent business trip, and it exceeded every expectation. The suites are massive, easily some of the largest I’ve stayed in for a Marriott property. The layout was perfect for both working and relaxing, with plenty of space to spread out after a long day of meetings. Everything felt new, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Isla Verde Beach, which made for a great morning or evening unwind. Within a 10-minute walk, there are plenty of dining options, from casual beach spots to upscale restaurants, so I never had to go far for a great meal. The highlight, though, was the rooftop restaurant. The food was excellent, but the view stole the show—you get a full panoramic look at the coastline and sunset, making it the perfect place to wrap up the day. For business or leisure, Casa Costera delivers the best of both worlds: professional comfort and island relaxation. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to San Juan."
