"We had such an amazing experience at Windsong Resort! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel is located in the perfect area of Grace Bay, close to everything while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The beach is absolutely breathtaking, with soft white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water. It’s truly paradise and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Turks and Caicos.
We stayed in the Lux Studio, which is a...

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
COMO Parrot Cay delivered exactly what we were looking for: peace, privacy, and the opportunity to truly disconnect.
What made this stay unforgettable was the people. We have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but this was one of the very few where we learned and remembered the names of so many team members because of the genuine care they showed every single day. Thank you to Leo, Alex, Ugyen, Yoga, Om, Valerio, Punami, and Claribel. You made us feel welcomed, cared for,...

"There were a few pleasant staff members, but overall, the service and experience were extremely disappointing. The cost of this resort does not justify the experience or level of service we received.
We encountered numerous issues during our stay, including extremely loud and leaking AC, a malfunctioning screen door, water dripping from the ceiling, an unpleasant bathroom odour, no hair conditioner, and a sticky, dirty hair dryer. The robes were stained and worn, and we were only given one robe...
