"Nice hotel, got some great parts done ok parts.
Check in on Saturday was very slow. Not sure why, but it took 25 mine to get checked in as some customers ahead of us, seemed to take forever to get resolved. Not sure why that was, staff, systems, or booking issues... Who knows, but with only 2 people before us, 25 mins is not great.
The hotel is nice though,service is good, rooms are good, no real complaints. The lifts are very slow though and we thought they would break at any...
"Fantastic stay. Couldnt have been better. Staff are all so friendly and helpful. Only dissappointment was that the restaurant wasnt open for a couple of days during our stay. The food is great."
