"Stayed here after reading reviews that it was easily accessible to the o2 arena. The hotel is spotless, room quite small but all we needed for an overnight stay for two. This will be my “go to” hotel now for any future concerts. Local to the tube (just 1 stop to the arena) local to shops and bars, a perfect stay."

"Very clean room but no kettle or tea / coffee facilities in the room, just chargeable coffee machine downstairs. Rooms are not soundproof so could hear the next room and outside. Staff were friendly and the room was pre-air conditioned which was fantastic after a day trip in 26 degree London heat! The bed was not super comfy and there was only one pillow each But honestly for the price it was ok ☺️ just gutted about the kettle! Love a morning hot drink in bed. Not keen getting dressed to go and get one."

"Not love at first sight, when I saw the exterior I regretted booking here. Shabby and too big. (This fact was not stated on the booking site.) Room not much better, didn’t sleep well for our 3 nights. No bar fridge, so couldn’t buy anything that needed it. Shower in bath, with a shower curtain, I dislike both these things. Overall clean, but no attention to detail. Back of bathroom door was filthy, as was the drawer with hairdryer in it. Area is nice, no shopping close by. Overall very disappointing."

"Room was nice but looked bigger in pictures. The bathroom was slightly disappointing also just aesthetically. Nothing against accessible rooms as they are essential, but when you haven’t booked one it doesn’t feel as nice. We didn’t eat breakfast but did order stick n sushi as room service which was lovely and fun. Tv worked well screen casting. Would be nice to have more coffee choices"

"For the most part the place was nice and I'd most likely stay again. Though it was a little far from the city proper, the public transportation was very useful. There is the water ferry and the busses that can get you to the underground easily enough. There were 2 things that prevent me from giving all the stars. The internet and the elevator. From the lobby the internet worked perfectly, but from our room is spotty at best. I'd say we could connect for maybe 10 minutes before it going out. The only way to re-connect was to forget the connection and sign in again. It was very annoying. The other issue was the elevator for 'our' tower was down 3 or 4 times we tried to use it. There were other elevators close enough. 4/5 stars"

"Really really run down hotel. Terrible pillows and beds - not just average, way below average, lumpy, hard. No safe in room. No fridge in room. No AC. Mugs and glasses in room never cleaned during the stay. But the worst part was absolutely the bed and pillows, which are kind of hotel 101? The only good thing in the room was that there was an iron and clothes."
