"We stayed in 6 hotels in Italy. This was our favorite. Giovanni was the property manager. First, he met us at the parking garage and put our luggage in a motorized cart. He walked us through the small town to the property and pointed out a good restaurant. There is a set of stairs to the property. Then another set of stairs to the room. The property has a small lift for luggage. The room was beautiful and nicely set up. We had a balcony. Not all rooms have the balcony but the view is over a...

"The cleaning was ok, the room is ok also, the shops are ok, the location is perfect, the only problem was the staff, when we arrive we stay an hour waiting for someone, to open the door, and that person was very rude with us."

"Everything in the room was fine, good communication with staff, the view is very beautiful and plentiful of free parking. The only issue is that if you stay in room 3 or 4 and there is other guess. YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING FROM YOUR NEIGHBORS. It's hard to get any rest when they are making lots of noise of it they just arrived. They moved us from rooms but maybe they should invest in some insulation in the walls or thicker walls"

"Railway 74 was a great location in La Spezia. We were very close to the station, they had available luggage storage, staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean. Very great experience and would highly recommend if you’re visiting La Spezia and Cinque Terre villages."

"Fantastic location and property, as well aa excellent hospitality. Stunning view to wake up to. We will come back again!"

"This is a unique experience. Off the beaten path. Not a usual tourist place. Great place to catch up with yourself after being in the bigger cities"

"Lugnt och vackert område. Rymligt och avkopplande atmosfär."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at B&B La Terrazza Sui Fieschi in Cogorno. Perched on the side of the mountain, the property offers breathtaking views of both the sea and the surrounding mountains. It is peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect place to relax while exploring the Ligurian coast. The owner is an incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly person. You can immediately tell he truly cares about his guests. He’s also a talented artist, which adds a unique charm and personality to the...

"I've stayed in hotels around the world and can say with all honesty, there is no place like this. The attention to detail and originality are 2nd to none."
