The drawers had something in them so we couldn’t use them. The carpet was stained and dirty had to wear shoes. The bathroom floor was not swept nevermind mopped. Suspicious ppl sitting in car in front of our room for hours. Very unpleasant experience.

I love the lazy river but sometimes there was roudy kids that kept jumping in the lazy river. It’s to relax not be a brat.

Great location! However, remodeling was taking place. Rented 2 rooms hoping to be side by side. At first this was the case except 1 room had problems with A/C not working properly and a horrible smell. Asked to relocate to another room and staff was helpful, but ended up on the opposite side of the building. Indoor pool was ok, but cold, lazy river was warmer and better. No hot tub. Would have paid a little more for a neighboring hotel.

It is under construction but kept very clean. My only negative thing was the room smelled like a dirty ran vacuum cleaner. The halls smelled very pleasant though.

This property is very clean. It’s undergoing renovations, so keep that in mind. Some amenities may not be available. The staff is amazing, they’re very friendly, accommodating and always smiling. I’ve stayed here 5 times and will definitely return when the renovations are complete.
