Outdoor patio area, not tidy or appealing, glassware left from other guests, several bulbs burnt out on the patio, not attended to as to make it an area a guest would want to visit or hang out at. "Walter at check in was extremely helpful with orienting us to the hotel, parking, and restaurant options. Our room was well maintained and comfortable, the grounds were impeccably maintained and the restaurant had excellent food. Be aware that the parking lot is a bit removed from the hotel front door. "The beach was beautiful and I am so glad we paid a bit more for the balcony room. The view was gorgeous. The hotel is farther from Sorrento than I thought (my bad) and there are about 4 restaurants to choose from unless you go into town. The restaurant associated with the hotel that provides breakfast is very good and there is a delicious paid dinner option."

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and we had to spend 40 euros everyday on taxi to go to and from train station - not a good location plus the experience was of a very basic hotel even though we paid the price for a luxury hotel."
