"The day of checkout we had a tour, so we had the hotel store our luggage. When we came back we twice asked for our luggage but the man at the desk ignored our request. When the taxi came he had us come into the room to identify our luggage and that he would put it into the taxi. We were in a hurry and did not notice at the time that there was a suitcase missing from where our luggage was stored. He put the luggage into the taxi as we were in the car so we didn’t count the pieces at the time....

"Good hotel for visiting Pompei and the ruins. A big mall next door is a bonus. Sara on the desk made me feel very welcome and was great with advice and taxis."

"El sitio en general, muy buenas vistas con aparcamiento y en un sitio estratégico para visitar la costa amalfitana, se estaba muy agusto en la piscina y los desayunos muy buenos. El precio de la comida allí era bastante elevado en comparación a otros sitios de la zona, pero en general muy recomendable. Por poner algún pero, en los 5 días que estuvimos no barrieron la habitación en ninguno de ellos."

"The hotel was all round very good just a little TLC around the rooms needed everything worked and work well. Staff where very helpful and answered all our questions, all round it was a good break and wouldn't hesitate in booking again or recommending to friends. Thanks for a great few days"
