"We had the most amazing experience thanks to our host, Massimiliano. He truly goes above and beyond for his guests! From the moment we arrived, he took the time to welcome us personally, explain everything there is to see, and give great tips on how to get around. During our trip, we had an issue with a reservation at another hotel, and Massimiliano went out of his way to help us, he even called the hotel himself (in Italian!) to sort things out for us. "Our stay was spectacular. The view outside of our multiple windows in our room was sensational. Harvest moon and sunsets every day and just seeing the water were so calming. Location to the train station and Sorrento were perfect. Tranquil garden and outside seating. The chef and his staff served up some of the best entrees in Italy. The front staff and snack bar employees couldn't have been any better. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. "
