"One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because I liked its Golden Desk, right at the entrance in an open-plan wooden bungalow; as soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with tea and crisps. We were given a free upgrade, which we really appreciated, but we’d also like to thank the incredibly friendly staff for their hospitality. In particular, to Miss Nalean, Miss Nith and Mr. Hean Thank You again!"

"I had a wonderful stay at the Moon Residence and Spa. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is well located. The restaurant is good. I did not use the pool but there were several guests who did during my stay. The Spa is great!"
