The hotel is very clean and comfortable. However is more beautiful outside than inside. Workers are nice. Breakfasts wasn’t good, every day was the same thing and in limited quantities so not buffet as they said. Personal cleaning supplies as shampoo was not enough and even toilet paper.

I had a wonderful stay at Vapa Hotel! The location is excellent, with easy access to popular attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. Enjoyable, stay just outside of Phuket old town. Was very quiet when we went there. Staff were very helpful but took awhile to clean rooms. Breakfast was not very good and chose not to pay for that service. Small swimming pool, but quiet and had it all to ourselves which was really enjoyable. AC in the rooms, but had a bright light so struggled to sleep.

Was a good place to stay as a solo traveler. Felt comfortable. Breakfast is worth the cost. Main negative is aspect is a couple things that make it feel like a prison: sounds from the hallway seemed loud because sound echoes and comes through the door which felt a little intrusive, also the bathroom is very no-nonsense. Otherwise, everything was clean and the lobby is beautiful. I wouldn’t stay here with a partner on a romantic getaway because the sound factor would ruin the vibe and sense of privacy.

No soap in room, no tea, the towels were also worn and ripped on arrival. Asked for hairdryer and iron and they had none in the hotel. We also asked for water and were told you had 2 per day in room and we were happy to pay if had to. The location is good for the old town though this hotel is 2 stars not 3 and half as claims.

This property is located one block away from all the shopping, bars, and food options. For the price, you can’t go wrong. The beds were very stiff.
