We booked this hotel half year ago for securing ours trip, but when we arrived, they have no room provided us. Also we booked a deluxe room for 4 people, at the last, they said they can only provide us a small room which is for 2 people only. Not trust the staffs at all. Disappointing.

The reception didn’t ask if I was leaving the next day or not. Sometimes one forgets and has to be reminded. Because of that my room was given out and I had to change a room. In that room the hot water was messing up. The receptionist couldn’t provide advise on sightseeing and stuff. But generally I will give them 60% and will recommend to anyone but keep in mind your schedule

I had room with no window. Positives were room was cleaned everyday, small fridge in room, and wifi was generally good. Small swimming pool on first floor. Big enough to cool down, but doesn't hold many people. Negatives were smell of mold in room. I had them spray freshener in room every few days, but it only helped a bit. Tv had 10 channels, 2 in English. Many Russians stay at this hotel. I have nothing against Russians, but some of them had late night parties in their rooms and left their doors slightly open. Can hear loud tv and music through room door. If people smoked in the hallway, I smelled it in room. Bathroom floor did not drain properly after shower. Rooms with window face main road which is noisy all day. 300 baht fee if you bring guest back to room. If you aren't picky about hotels and price is cheap, you might like it.

This was the absolute worse place we could have booked in all of Phuket. When we arrived the concierge gave us attitude when checking in. They also had some kind of work going on in the lobby and had wires hanging from the ceiling. When we went to our room there were ants on the countertop, the AC didn’t work (and it’s hot outside), and the shower curtain was ripped. They obviously didn’t care to clean or keep the room presentable. When we returned to the front desk to complain and maybe get another room, she offered us their best room on the top floor, and this was just as bad if not worse with same concerns. I would never recommend this dump of a place. The pictures are definitely misleading so beware before booking.

Personnel de réception très peu aimable. Le ménage dans les chambres n'est pas fait le matin mais en fin d'après-midi. Et la caution, c'est 2000 baths quand les autres hôtels prennent en règle générale 1000 baths. Hôtel à éviter.

Good deal for the price

I stayed here for around Rs.650 per night for an AC room, which was a superb deal. The room was clean. All basic amenities were there. Refrigerator, AC, toiletries. Value for money. But it was a no-window room, which I didn't notice neither at the time of booking nor during stay! Actually my stay was for 9 hours or so. The location is good as Jungceylon mall where there is KFC, MCdonald are just 5 min walk. There is cheap market for fruits also nearby. Clean place also. At the reception it was hot as neither AC nor fan was there. Lift's display was not working. But overall, considering the price, it was great deal.

Its near to jungceylon shopping centre,the spa is just beside and the hotel also provide bike rental.The only downside is that there are few tv channels and the room is not as described loke the photos being shown on line.

Le pire hotel de ma vie, a fuir absolument, n allez pas la il n y a aucuns point positif a cet hotel, odeur de toilette dans la chambre, c est comme si on logeait dans une canalisation, pas de pression d eau pas d eau chaude, l eau des toilettes jaune durant tout le sejour

Ok first thing first when you visit Phuket, we all know if you didnt book a 5 star you cant complain that much. Checking in have 2000 BAHT ready for a deposit. Do not lose your reciept. Refundable when checking out. No one apoke English. The elevator was so slow and the AC did not work in it. When entering the room it was cute until I used the shower that clogged up creating water to make it to the toilet. The shower curtian had mold on it. The AC worked a little to well but they only provide you with a sheet on the bed. So i recommend to aske for a 2nd one. Dont forget to put 15-20 BAHT under your pillow each day for housekeeping. Dont be cheap! You will always come back to a clean room. Overall would i stay here again and the answer is YES. But if I find a more nice hotel at a reasonable I will go with that one. One last thing, me and my friend had no issues walking to Bangla Road. Cut through the mall to cool off.
