Great stay, by far the best I had in a while (Hotels.com gold member - 30 nights per year minimum). Extremely priceworthy. A new fresh good gym that is also big and spacy on the resort for free. The swimming pool is perfect for morning swims and listening to all the different birds/animals they have on the resort, even a Swan in their own pond next to the pool. 5/5 since the staff is very service minded and friendly. Perfect for a healthy stay since the beach and national park are 5-600 meters away as well for walks etc.

Bra boende på Nai Yang

Trevligt hotell som skulle kunna bli riktigt bra om dom förbättrar städningen och omvårdnaden av grönytor och rum. Personalen kunde inte prata engelska så bra men de var trevliga. Bra rum, sängar, dusch och skönt med balkong. Extra bra med fritt inträde till granngymmet! Nära stranden och alla restauranger, ca 5 minuters promenad.

Kleines, gemütliches Hotel! Wenn man keinen mega Luxus erwartet, ist das Hotel super! Zimmer sind geräumig, Bett war gemütlich und Ausstattung war okay! Könnte aber mal ne Renovierung vertragen (wobei sie in manchen Zimmern damit schon begonnen haben wenn ich das durch die Fenster richtig gesehen habe). Ruhig gelegen, keine 5min bis zum Strand! Personal ist nett, aber nicht alle verstehen englisch! Also muss man manchmal mit Händen und Füßen kommunizieren! (Beim Nacht-Portier zB!) Ansonsten fand ich es sehe schön!

What a shame this resort is so run down !!

Firstly Naiyang Beach and the National Park there is really nice. But the Touch Green Naiyang Hotel is a real disappointment. The photos on the website do not show how poorly maintained the resort is. We stayed in a ground floor Studio room in the main block which was basic and clean. However, we booked expecting to be staying in a lovely green tropical garden resort with lovely villas in the grounds. Out of maybe 10-12 villas only one is able to accommodate guests. All the others are locked up and rotting away. The pathways between all the villas are also really overgrown and have not been maintained for a long time. The breakfast choice is also really limited and basic as well. The pool looked clean but we did not use it because it was located in an area with no shade provided. We stayed for 2 nights and paid over 4,000 baht total. This is really not good value for money.

We have stayed at the Touch Green a couple of time before and it meets our needs,a clean basic hotel that's very good value with pleasant staff and all round easy going attitude,it's a ten minute walk to the beach and local shop bars restaurants and now has a new restaurant and bar 2 mins up the road

Very close to airport and fine for one night. Upon waking in the morning we could see it was very run down and part of it not used. Our villa ok but lots not used or maintained very broken down. Minimal staff but they were lovely. Not sure the area is popular but food at beach fantastic and safe walk only 5 mins from hotel.

Great Airport hotel 👍

Great local hotel for the Airport. Just 2km away. Set in tropical gardens this property is great For a nice quiet stay, swimming pool great which over looks the lake, I stayed in one of the villas in the gardens, great big comfy bed, kitchen with all the bits you need if you want to cook! You can also hire bikes and scooters at the reception at good prices. Staff are very friendly and couldn’t do enough to Make your stay a good one. Room cleaned everyday. It’s within walking distance to local mini mart, and the beach with restaurants and night life can be just 5 min walk.

Not what we were expecting

We had paid for an upgraded jacuzzi villa so were disappointed when we arrived. i would suggest accommodation is more of a 2 star standard, even in upgraded rooms. Thank goodness it was only an overnight visit before travelling home, or i would have relocated to an alternative hotel. The villa did not have a door lock! a pad lock was used to lock the doors together. Building works are also taking place adjacent to the hotel, therefore not a peaceful stay. I would also suggest taking LOTS of bug spray! Due to the location and a stagnant pond there are lots of insects and mosquito's both in and around the rooms. On the plus side, the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The location is not far from the national park. Overall, glad we were only there overnight.
