They said they provide a ride from up hill hotel down the hill to the entrance, but most of the time it was hard to find anyone to help and we had to walk all the way down and up. Room service took 1 hour due to lack of staffs. Breakfast was also poor.

The staff at The Senses Resort were just excellent. Friendly and welcoming and very happy to help in any way they can. Golf carts are an excellent way to get around as it is quite steep to get to the villas but well worth the expense. Although only one restaurant, the variety and quality were both excellent. Your driver was so friendly and accommodating. Thanks Sak. Highly recommend The Senses Resort but be aware that it is quite a steep hike to and from the villas and not something I’d recommend for families with young kids as the infinity pool would be challenging and the bedrooms are completely separate from each other and the living area. A truly beautiful and relaxing experience.

This was pure paradise. We never wanted to leave. The beds are comfy and firm, bathrooms have the most incredible shower heads of all time. Kitchen was slightly lacking in terms of cutlery but we didn’t use it very much so that was fine. The pool was wonderful and the view overlooking the beach was spectacular. Dark block out curtains to help you sleep late. They don’t leave a booklet but just dial 0 for the front desk. If you want in-room breakfast you need to order the day before. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Honestly take me back asap it was phenomenal

We had a 2 bedroom villas with private pool , it was really nice and clean , also very spacious . Overlooking the busy Patong street and beach . It was beautiful . My kids love the pool and it a reasonably deep enough to swim (for adult) . Overall , really love it and all staffs are helpful and friendly . Will definitely go back .

Pool Villa in Patong

New, decent and relax villa, the swimming pool is much bigger than expect, good shower system equipped. All staffs there are helpful especially Me, front desk and restaurant. Hotel is up on the hill with a slopeway but you can call a golf cart to drive you down or pick you up at the hotel security entrance. Just 10 minutes walk to Banzaan Fresh Market. But the staff was not taken my breakfast order sheet at night, which was still hanging out of the door next morning and thus we need to down to restaurant. Not much choice in the breakfast.
