Great hotel!

Great hotel, walking distance from restaurants and all the action, but far enough that it's not too crazy. Huge rooms, really great value for money.

No happy hour at the pool like advertised. Halls and elevator a bit dingy. Room was made up each day but bar not restocked. Water was free. Lobby and coffee shop were nice but if I had to do it over again I would skip Patong and Phuket all together

The rooms were well presented, the staff was friendly, and a short stroll over the bridge into the markets and Hard Rock Cafe (3 mins) and down to the beach (10 / 12 mins).

My stay at ASHLEE Heights Hotel Patong was disappointing overall. The room quality was not good and did not justify the high price. The bed did not even have a headrest, which made it uncomfortable. There was also no view from the balcony, which was very disappointing. The hotel charges highly for what it offers. No complimentary water bottles were provided in the room, which is basic for most hotels. The room service was very poor and unresponsive. There is only one lift in the hotel, and it is extremely slow, causing long waiting times. At check-in, the hotel required either my passport or a 2000 baht cash deposit as security, which was only returned after room inspection at checkout. This process felt inconvenient and unnecessary. Overall, the experience was not worth the price, and I would not recommend this hotel based on room quality, service, and facilities.

Is ideal if you want to stay in the main bit which is Patong however the hotel itself is basic. We stayed 5night and not once the staff replaced our towels despite being asked luckily our room had a washing machine One evening we decided to have food ordered and delivered to our room which was a disaster Food came stone cold then the staff was expecting us to use the microwave to reheat food but turned out our microwave didn’t even work!Up until then we had no reason to even use it.We then requested to have the food taken away and a refund which was again difficult had to wait till the next day afternoon to have our money back. The staff seems lack of understanding what is going on and takes a long time to respond House keeping does check room daily and make beds etc but that is it we stayed 5night and not once we had any cleaning done or replace of towels

Vid bokningen fanns det ingen information om att hotellet hade renovering av poolen och det var ingen information de gav vid incheckningen. Mycket oljud på grund av renoveringen, blev väckt av det och det var jobbigt. Dessutom kunde rummet lukta avlopp, sängkläder var inte rena. Som sagt mycket besviken på hotellet och inte värt priset

Location was perfect to get to everything and anything. Buffet breakfast didn’t have much of a variety, neither did the room service menu. Some staff were very very friendly, while others didn’t care much for guests.

Property was very clean and in good repair. Staff are very helpful and friendly (despite the language barrier). Breakfast is not exactly to western tastes in many cases, but egg station is good. Pool is small and not many sun beds, there was also many "reserved" with towels for much of the day, which could do with addressing. Overall a good hotel in decent location

No Frills, but Clean and Affordable.

Stayed for a week over Christmas holidays. This is a no frills hotel with a decent location far enough from the action for a little quiet but only close enough to walk to everything. The rooms are big and clean. The rooftop pool is nice, not as fancy as the pictures make it seem. There is a bar up there but it's small and not really like a bar. The service was strange. We traveled from the US which took us about 2 days with a lengthy layover. We arrived at the hotel 2 hours before the check in time so they charged me 200 Baht for checking in early. I get that there are rules, but seriously.. $7 and the room was ready anyways. Not a warm welcome. I brought food home one night and didn't have a fork. I figured I could borrow one from the restaurant downstairs. They made me put down a 100 Baht deposit lol. Because of the language barrier there isn't much point in arguing these points with them but even though the staff was friendly enough it still cheapened the experience. Breakfast was good, eggs and pancakes made to order, lots of bread and fruit, wish there was bacon. I'd stay again if I couldn't find a better deal elsewhere. Walking note: The main street you have to cross to go anywhere is somewhat terrifying to cross. Not the hotels fault but worth mentioning if you're a little older or have mobility challenged.

酒店較新淨 地理位置好 附近有24小時便利店 步行到jungcelon只需15mins 都不用乘搭提供的穿梭巴士 入住兩卧室套房 客廳空間足夠 冷氣温度舒適 早餐食物飲料款式多 美中不足是熱水有時温度不夠和泳池較小和淺 但整體上非常滿意

Very disappointing in overall and staff are also very rude. Especially this lady staff made our stay at this hotel terrible. Asking extra money without checking the system and behaved like we staying at her hotel for free. There are many other better options you can go for.
