The staff were absolutely amazing. I could tell that a few of them took their job seriously. They made sure that I was accommodated. View from Patong Sunset room was wonderful to wake up to. Water pressure and temperature was perfect! Downside: the steep hill is monstrous to hike back up to the resort!!

So other than the steep hill leading to the entrance, I have nothing negative to say about this wonderful hotel. The staff is amazing, the food, especially the breakfast is amazing, and most important, so really do get to relax and unwind from your normal hectic life. NOT a resort, it's a hotel

The employees were extremely accomodating (for my birthday I was welcomed with a HBD Sexy...Woot,woot), helpful, and really friendly. I liked the breakfast (yummy). The shuttle service is a plus though it ends awefully early. The hotel sits high and walking to anything would be dangerous. However, the employees represented the "land of smiles" with lots of smiles and help.
