Probably want to stay somewhere else. Stayed here in January 2026. Let me start by saying all the interactions I had with the staff were excellent. Front desk people were super nice and responsive. Cleaning and maintenance staff were also great. The location is also really great. Close to the beach and on a relatively quiet street with a great food court across the road and 7-11 right there. The staff, no matter how great they are, can compensate for the integrity of the building, nor the behavior of the other guests. I was in the Loft Wing 3rd floor. There was a door that joins the adjoining room. The gap of the door allowed me to look directly into their room and they could into mine. When they talked it was as if they were in my room. I was constantly awoken by loud speaking guests having a party in the room next door. It was like having them standing right beside me. I was supposed to stay 4 nights and paid 4 nights but these guys were so loud at 5 am or even 6 am that I was only getting 4-5 hours of sleep and checked out after 3 nights. The room was very clean and cleaning staff did a great job. Bed was very hard. Pillows were great. Lighting of the room was really weird. No shower curtain so water got everywhere. Not very secure either. No deadbolt on the door.

Check in lady was very nice and friendly. Had a short 2 night stay here. Room was big and sufficient. Balcony was a nice addition The pool was in the building i was at too. It was empty most of the time which was nice. There was dedicated parking just outside the hotel too which made me feel safe to leave my motorcycle there. However, the only negative for me was the water temperature at the shower. it is either very hot or very cold. there was no inbetween. Once you think you managed to get the temperature right, the temperature fluctuate every few seconds from scalding to freezing. Everything else was good except for the shower which is a waste.

Location FOODIE!!!!

Located right next to the beach. But even better for me next to a food court. Laundromat, massage shop, whatever you need all within walking distance. Bangla road is just the down the way. So for me this hotel was all about location. But what did set it aside was it's nice bathtub. After soaking in the ocean all day it was good to come back and soak in a hot bath. One thing I found odd.... Not that I needed. But to bring anybody back to your room, it's an additional 500 baht

The hotel location was very convenient as it was walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants and the beach. Staff was very polite and kind but there were a few things we weren’t made aware of before checking in as we booked through Expedia. They require $2000 baht room deposit CASH only upon check in so have money available. They do a walk through of your room upon check out to make sure everything is in order before giving you your deposit back; this took about 10-15 minutes. The couch in our room had multiple existing stains which made us not want to sit on it. They don’t allow durian and mangosteen in your room and will give you a fine if they see it; housekeeping will notify management and they will send you a warning letter with pictures. Their pool/jacuzzi was down during our visit so we didn’t get to use that. Overall, it was a good stay. Just wish we were informed of certain things in advance before booking.
