Excellent staff, service, hotel, pool, location, cleanliness, helpful, an all round fully enjoyable stay. And there's a lovely poolside cafe on site. Once again clean, friendly, beautiful food from a wide variety menu, very good prices. Tea and coffee facilities in the large rooms.plus shower and pool towels. Altogether top rated from my sister and myself.

Great value, great location, peaceful but central

Stayed for 3 nights, great location for getting to the sights by foot, pool was very clean, cafe on site was popular, food verg good, ok prices. Room was good size.

Great Value for Money

Great stay at a very nice hotel for a very affordable price for the area! 15 minute walk to the main parts of Phuket old town. Lovely, clean pool and room cleaned every day with water bottles also given each day. Staff very friendly and can’t fault much. Cafe by pool also very good food and drink at affordable prices and residents of the hotel get a 10% discount. Thanks very much!

It's a great place to stay we really enjoyed it. The Moments Cafe right beside the hotel the staff are amazing and reception also. And the cleaners too. Swimming pool is awesome !! You won't regret 😉

-Room is good sized, with a balcony. -Nice flow with fresh air. -Good location walking distance to attractions. -Make sure you get what you paid for, we arrived a bit earlier than 2pm and was told only a grand floor room was available, which was not right. The corner room we booked at the 3rd floor definitely had more to offer.

Everything was great, clean rooms, nice pool, within walking distance to Olde Town. However, I have two main issues that were just kind of weird. First, Expedia lists that this hotel has laundry services, however I asked the front desk and they quickly said that they did not. Not sure if this was Expedia or the property’s fault, but we picked this place partially because it was listed as having laundry. Secondly, when I asked for change to get coins to do laundry elsewhere, the front desk lied (???) and said they did not have cash and could not break my bill for coins. Very odd seeing as I was a paying guest and I expect this service to be provided, especially when I went to buy water and to no surprise, they did carry cash/coins. Super bizarre but other than that it was a great stay.

Good location, lots of cheap and good non-tourist food options close, quiet at night, minimal light bleed into the room, good shower. Watch out for 3 flooring tiers in bathroom. Within walking distance of everything you'd want. Excellent!

A bit below average for this price range

Hotel is simple and has thin walls and doors. Reception phone can be heard clearly in room and every noise. Also its cheap, so it was expected. What I didnt like was mainly two things: - The fridge in the room makes a lot of noice. I got earplugs after two nights, and managed to sleep better. Please bring with you. - The Internet was very poor. Not particularly slow, but sometimes (often) goes completely offline and disappears.

Likes 1. The property is situated near the town but in a quiet back street so not easy to find initially 2. Near convenience stores, restaurants and shops 3. Moments Pool cafe - Excellent service quality food wide variety of food on the menu quick service and on site. - Friendly approachable staff 4. Pool well maintained and available for use for both adults and a children's pool 5. Reception staff available 24/7 friendly and very helpful r. Room was very convenient with air conditioning Fridge and small freezer, TV with channels covering Global channels, Rooms cleaned daily including fresh bottled water, tea and coffee and provides fresh towels if required. Room contains safety vault for valuables. 6. Parking - Plenty of room for cars 7. Ambiance - Lovely feel to the area well designed reception and entrance hall Dislikes 1. Last day of stay water was temporarily discolored GENERAL - Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in,

Très bon accueil, est venue prendre mes bagages,m'a offert une boisson le temps de m'enregistrer et de me trouver une chambre au Rdc .Chambre Très grandre,propre .Le ménage est fait tous les jours si on le souhaite par des personnes polies et souriantes. Piscine ,hotel bien placé à 5mn à pied de l'arrêt du bus de l'aéroport et à 10 ou 15 mn à pied du centre old town .pleins de resto tout près. Le prix ces jours passés etaient corrects par contre à partir de demain grosse augmentation
