Great area for a quiet holiday. The beach was superb and all of the vendors and shopping along the roadway made the experience even better. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Thai massages were phenomenal!

Large quiet resort with big lush gardens and two big pools. Big restaurant food was good and large breakfast big range of food (missing some granola is all I would suggest!) Walk to Main Street and beach no problem, beach has a lot of rubbish and mess around it which is a pity as it is a beautiful beach, the town needs to clean up the foreshore to make it pretty, should be cleaned every day but it is not. Big waves when we were there (Aug) The wifi in rooms is terrible and non existent which was very frustrating. We did complain but nothing to be done. Massage was good and only 50 baht more expensive than places on the street so very convenient. Need to improve wifi in rooms and around resort. Beds were a bit hard but pillows were good.

This was kind of a wierd place as far as thailand goes. Not great in service, full of eastern européen customers, not the friend l'est of folks, but not rude by any means. Easy surfing out on the beach, which is why i booked it

Large Property, Great Beach, Great Pools

Get a lot for the money. Rooms are standard but hotel grounds are huge. Lots of families there on vacation with children. The beach is right across the street and very beautiful and serene with its tree lined road. All the stores, Street food stalls & merchants along the road including the grocery store in the hotel are fairly priced unlike the rest of Phuket. Restaurants around the road can be a bit pricey, but the restaurant in the hotel has good quality food for the price. Would stay again.

Naithonburi beach resort

In total i have spent 7 months on vacation in thailand on many different hotels and resorts and this have been the best value for money place i have stayed. Prices for any hotel goes up and down over time depending on demand and availability and therefore the price to value may be different for you, but for me it was excellent. The hallways leading to the rooms are standard in terms of decoration/beauty and the standard room with 2 single beds i bought was standard in terms of beauty/decoration but it was a pretty big room with a nice balcony with a table and 2 chairs with a realy good view to a beautiful garden, swimming pool and mountains in the background. The toilet had a separated shower and bathtub. The aircondition had no problem cooling the room. The room also included all the usual stuff like cable tv, room service, a refrigerator, 2 bottles of water a day, soaps, a hair dryer and a thing to boil water in. The resort is verry big and beautiful all the "public places" where all guests come by, like the gardens, pool areas, lobbies and resturants. There are 2 big swimming pools, and one of them are made like a beach with white sand on the floor. There is also a game room and free bikes for renting. The breakfast buffet in the morning is verry good. Its a mix of western and asian food. Only the cakes and juices were of low quality but the other foods and drinks were of good quality. For drinks choose the home made cold lemon tea, chocolate, chai tea, water & tea/cofe

The property was perfectly located across from the beach and the pools were amazing. Our days were leisurely and exactly what we needed to relax, and spend family time. The staff was also great! They were so friendly, always smiling, and provided wonderful service. Our main issues were - (1) It was great having a buffet breakfast, but it was the same options every day. We stayed almost 7 days - eating the same food every day made it monotonous. (2) Our building did not have an elevator to the 4th floor. However, maybe it was a good thing to prevent me from gaining weight on a relaxing, no exercise holiday. (3) The Rainforest Cafe was never open, though it promised a cafe with great coffee. Also, there are no cafes walking distance to the resort. (4) The resort is tailored for Eastern European and Russian tourists. We could not manage a tour easily from the resort, though a Russian speaking tour company showed up every day and made presentations for the non-English speaking tourists. Having a hotel tour desk with recommendations and assistance would have been great! Having said all that - I would say the negatives are small in comparison to the positives. I would go back in a heartbeat to spend another week with my family. The location to the beach, the pool, and the service were awesome!

The grounds are huge as are the two swimming pools. Lots of quiet areas to chill out in and plenty of room for kids to play and ride bikes. Everything we ate here was great and really well priced. Big clean rooms and friendly staff.

Fantastic Resort

Fantastic resort, even better price! They had two massive pools, one which I could swim laps in comfortably (approx 50m). An amazing buffet breakfast and a well equipped gym just topped off the experience.

Great getaway place to relax.

This hotel was excellent. Would definitely return. The pools, restaurant, grounds, breakfast buffet and checkin were great. Beach across street very nice. If you are looking for smaller more quiet beach with good restaurants within walking distance this is the best relaxing trip.
