The property has a small sea view but the whole place is very old and untaken care off. They need to renovate the whole property. Also located on top of a hill that is very steep and hard to climb. Good for very short stays

Arrived around 8pm we waited 20 min for doing the check in because there was only 1 person at the reception. Room was at the third floor, without elevator and nobody helped us with the luggages. Room and balcony were dirty and even not a single bottle of water in the room. For sure not a place for families.

ホテルに向かう途中に急勾配な坂があり、その坂を登らなければいけない事が唯一大変だったことです。タクシーなどでホテルまで送ってもらえれば大丈夫です！ 部屋は清潔で快適でしたが、そんなに新しい感じはしません。 プールは大きさもちょうど良く綺麗に掃除されています。 ホテルの方も気にかけて話しかけてくれたり、とても親切な方でした。 周りがうるさくなく、少し繁華街から離れますが、繁華街まで遠くもなく、とても立地はいいと思います！

Great view, spacious and clean

My wife and I booked one night initially and decided to extend for multiple nights. The people at the hotel are awesome! The rooms are very clean and nice. We got a room with a beautiful view. To get to the hotel you have to go up a short steep hill (in case you are walking). Highly recommended! We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Last minute savior!

After my initial hotel 'lost' my reservation I was able to find a room here at the NC Residence. It was clean, had a decent amount of space in the room and owner and his wife were super kind and accommodating. I only stayed for a night but it was worth the walk up the hill. Wifi was ok as well.

Hotel bien placé et chambres propres

Hotel trés agreable, à mon arrivée j'ai eu une chambre qui donnait coté colline moins sympa car pas de vue et moins de lumière, j'ai demandé à changer, ce que le patron a fait dés qu'il a pu, les chambres cotés mer sont vraiment trés bien belle vue sur patong beach et au calme tout en étant proche de patong. Le patron trés sympa et serviable, je reviendrais c est sure

the stay was very nice. hotel clean and staff available for any inquiries. the only bad point was the WiFi. Cannot access it from my room. it's needed to have a motorbike or a car to go there by the way. only 5min drive from patong beach

Nice hotel

Nice hotel but located at the top of a very steep hill. About 25 minute walk to the beach but this means it's quiet, away from the chaos of Patong, and had good views from the pool area, although this was shaded by trees. Rooms were comfortable, wifi was OK but a little intermittent. Rooms cleaned every day which was great. Air con worked well. Only criticism was that the bed had a very tired over blanket which was unnecessary and made the room look old and tired. Easy to remove and the sheets underneath were immaculate.

Sauberes Hotel, bisschen abseits.

Es ist ein sauberes Hotel, was für den Preis top ausgestattet ist. Es liegt zwar etwas abseits, aber das ist auch gut, denn dadurch ist es dort ein bisschen ruhiger. Man muss etwa 10 Minuten laufen bis zum Zentrum von Patong. Absolut empfehlenswert.

super hôtel au calme, chambre propre, ménage fait tous les jours, avec piscine, petit déjeuner, wifi, balcon, vue sur mer et propriétaire français. Seul les chinois sont très bruyant. je recommande
