The room was clean, no bed bugs for 6 days.There was a balcony, so it was convenient to hang the wet stuff outside. But our room was on the street side and it was kind of hot even with the AC during the day. The AC seemed very old and it didn't have enough power to cool down the room well. So we recommend you go out between 10AM and 6PM in February. They give complementary breakfast in the morning from 7AM to 10AM. You can choose from rice porridge and toast with jam. There is coffee, milk, orange juice. The location is great. It's near the bus terminal, only takes about 2 to 3 minutes on foot. There is 7-11 convenience store, small bakery for breakfast at walking distance. For this price of the room, it's good enough. They will ask you to give 1000 bts for deposit when you check in. So make sure to have cash with you. If you don't make any mess in the room, it will be returned to you. If you have tendency to mess bed sheets or floor, I don't recommend this hotel.

Okay for a night or two

The hotel was centrally located, across from the local bus station and around a 10 minute walk to town. The room was a good size and a kettle along with tea, coffee and water was provided. The walls were thin which I had read in some previous reviews however the hotel was quiet during our stay so this didn’t cause much of an issue. Although the room provides a tv it does not have many English channels. One big downside was the WiFi, it was very slow connection. The Breakfast provided was okay. Buffet style with a few western and Asian options, however with the hotel being quiet and me preferring a slightly later start to the day this was often not hot. All in all this is an okay option for a night or two, the rooms were clean and it’s location is good.

Great hotel close to Bus terminal 1 We checked in before the check in time since we arrived early. Our room was not ready yet, but without much delay we were given another available room. The room was super clean and comfy and just as described. The location is really good if you are touristing around Phuket town. Ferry pier is 10mins on taxi. Bus terminal 1 is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. From there we took buses to Patong and to airport too. There is a restaurant right in front of the hotel that serves delicous and yet cheap Thai food and the owner lady is super nice. So all in all convenient location, great hotel, had an awesome stay.

Employés gentils, chambre propre et aucune moisissure dans la salle de bain (Moisissure souvent présente dans les hôtels de ce prix en Thaïlande). Lit pas vraiment confortable, mais semble être normal dans ce pays. Attention si vous payez votre chambre sur un site comme hôtels.com. Ils nous ont sorti une facture à notre arrivée qui semblait donner la différente entre mon prix payé à rabais vs le leur. J’ai mentionné que j’avais déjà payé avec ma preuve et ils ont annulé leur facture sans s’obstiner. Était-ce une simple erreur ou un essaie d’avoir le montant complet de la chambre, je ne sais pas. Ils demandent un dépôt de 500 bahts pour la clé qu’ils vous redonneront sans problème à votre départ. Somme toute, quand même une belle expérience à cet hôtel.

Not far from walking street

The hotel was within walking distance of most places of interest, the room was a little on the small side, fortunately for us we went in the low season after we complained about the noise in our room, they upgraded us to a larger room at the rear of the hotel, this was now a much better experience, we found the staff to be very helpful,

Extremely convenient for Rassada pier

I enjoyed a quick checkin when arriving late in the evening this was good since I had just arrived from a long international flight. The room was a suitable size with a comfortable bed and pillow, the hotel was perfect for a 1 night stay and allowed an easy 10 minute taxi ride to Rassada pier the following morning which meant I was able to get the first ferry for the day to Koh Phi Phi. The Breakfast was suitable in the restaurant however behind the restaurant is a waterway that smelt extremely bad, this is not what you want to smell while eating your breakfast. I'm not really sure if this is something that the Hotel can fix though. I managed to secure a good price via Hotel.com for the room and was quite happy to rebook for another 1 night stay which I have coming up in the near future. When I went to rebook via Hotels.com the price was double that I paid recently and felt that it was not worth what they were asking so I found an alternate hotel for my next stay in Phuket. Over all very happy with my stay and would recommend for a shot stay and anyone needing easy access to Rassada pier

They can’t be trusted.

They say that they offer airport transfer but that’s not true. They didnt want to help me and hotels.com had to call them and then suddenly the hotel wanted to help. They promised me to order the taxi but there was no taxi at the airport. I waited a long time and got myself a taxi. When i arrived to the hotel I told them that they didnt order taxi and they just laughed! Bad hotel and bad service! The bed was as stone and the area was boring.

Confort et bon goût

Je n'ai passé qu'une nuit à cet hôtel mais j'avais l'impression de retrouver tout le confort du monde occidental. Le personnel est sympathique et le petit déjeuner, très correct, était compris avec chambre.
