The Staff, lovely smiles, clean rooms and a brilliant service, thank you so much, I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel, nice quiet sleep and you can book your day trips there, and the prices are NOT expensive, I did a day trip to Phang nga bay I paid £36.00 well worth the money AND the mini van picks you up at your hotel. For this hotel I give 20 points (not ten😁 ) I’ll come back and see you all soon Andy👋🙏

Room very very small for three of us. With 1 double bed and a twin bed, there was no room to move. Shower had no curtain and no hot water. We were booked to stay 3 nights and only managed 1. The staff were very nice when we told them we were cancelling the 2 nights, received a full refund. The beds were not in good shape, ai felt the spring every time I turned.

Beware!!!

Service team was super friendly. It’s in a convienent location. By the room was very low budget, bed was as hard as the floor, just terrible. Luckily I was only staying 2 nights otherwise I would have had to checkout and find something better. I paid $126 per night, which was a ripe off for what I got

Not a good choice if you care about cleanliness

The hotel is quite cheap, so we were not expecting much of it. But it was worse than we thought - the beds were not comfortable (seems like old mattress), sheets were stained (or dirty), the towels were smelling and the bathroom was dirty (hair and rubbish in the drain and stained bath tub). Would rather pay more and stay in a better place. There was no water available in the room, although they said there would be. Staff was friendly.

Lamoon has a lovely front façade, but inside was a bit like an old state school dorm. The design idea for the rooms is good but executed poorly. My 5th fl room at the back of the bldg looked as if it was hastily put together - paint and old glue along the walls. There was a hole in the wall with a wire sticking out, formerly a sconce location? The overall effect was a tired room façade needs attention from someone who has an eye for details. I was excited there was a tub, since it’s been a few weeks of travel and would be nice to have a soak. However, the plug provided did not fit the drain, and no stores (even big home improvement stores) carried plugs at all. The bathroom would definitely benefit from a separation curtain or small wall towards the front of the tub, since it’s fully indoors and doesn’t benefit from evaporation of being partially outdoors. I could hear staff and other guests in the hallway, the door is wooden without a seal. It doesn’t seem to be a party hotel, so the latest I was woken was when a group of friends were returning from their evening around midnight. The bed and linens were fine. A kettle, coffee packets, and water were provided. A mini fridge had purchasable drinks. The ac worked intermittently. Staff were all lovely. Overall, it was comfortable enough and close enough for walking around that I have no regrets. However, if I were looking for something more pleasing or something beyond a budget feel I might make another choice.

細かく、素早い虫がいたり、ベッドのスプリングが痛かったり、シャワーが短く使い辛かったりしたが、値段を考えれば文句は言えない。スタッフはとてもフレンドリー。 ただ年寄り向きではないと思います。

The location is great where there are convenience stores, restaurants and local shopping mall nearby. Only a few minutes walk to the famous Sunday Walking Street in Thalang and the Wed to Fri Indy Night Market. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. There is free parking and the hotel building is aged, so don't expect it could look like the same as you see on the pictures on the website.

Hotellet ligger ganska nära huvudgatan. Mest thaimat på frukosten. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Stenhårda sängar (som alltid i Thailand!). Något slags bitande kryp (loppor?) i en av fyra sängar på vårt rum.

Tres bonne hotel

Je donne rarement mon avis mais j’étais agréablement surpris par l’accueil, Et l’attention du personnel. Les chambres sont-elles est propre comme sur les photos le seul petit hic la salle de bain aurait besoin d’un coup de neuf mais rien de désagréable pour prendre une bonne douche. Cela reste bien entretenue rapport qualité-prix parfait je conseille.

Nice hotel with nice view of Phuket Town from window. Greeted nicely with hotel staff and room was clean and beautiful. Its close to 711 and phuket bus terminal 1. Lovely smiling and friendly receptionist and staff. Will stay again :)
