Great experience! Room was clean and spacious. Amazing outdoor views from the room. The hotel premise was decorated nicely and well maintained. The location is great. Staff was courteous and had excellent communication.

Clean room, and located closely to Kata Beach. We extended out time in Thailand and Kata White Villas was a great option for us. Near Kata Beach and the main road, and we spent most of our time outside but was pleasant to come back to Kata White Villas to relax and rest.

We had a lovely view of the ocean from our sea view balcony. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Petting the cats on the property was a great additional perk! I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking to stay close to the beach

Great location to one of the best Hot Yoga Studios ever. Kata Hot Yoga. Ate at Lums restaurant almost every day. Good parking. Friendly owner, Banky. Great staff. It’s a walk up the stairs but felt safe and secure. I will be back.

Hotel up the hill

Very nice and clean accomodatiin. A bit of an exercise to climb the stairs up the hill but it gives you a seaview.

Highly recommend! This place is wonderful

This place is wonderful! Among the Kata Beach area, it is a great place for a great deal. You are close to the beach, up on the hill so you can see the ocean view, and each private villa is clean and modern and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many stairs that lead to the villas at the top of the hill which can be a hike for some people, but the staff pleasantly offer to help with any luggage or necessary assistance. The area is great and within walking distance of a bunch of great local restaurants and shops.

Great place for 1 person or couple

Kata White Villas is a small, fresh villa for couples or 1 single. The staff is really friendly and sweet. I lived in B1 and I got a wonderful seaview. Be prepared to walk some stairs. Good price for the money (I'm from Norway). I wish I could stay longer.

Home Sweet Home

I stayed here for about 2.5 weeks. New owner is from Russia. Just a side note, Phuket is the premier location for Russian tourists. The rooms have gone through extensive renovation. Every unit (I had to change rooms mid stay) is cozy and cute. AC works great, hot water is readily available for shower if needed, lots of storage space, Netflix in some rooms, comfy bed and clean linens. Special thanks to front office staff Jackie and Banky. Housekeeping ladies Daisy and Tong Tong took care of getting me extra coffee or tea. They always asked me if I needed anything since I declined housekeeping services every 4,5 days. The location is great. There's a Bikram Hot yoga studio at the foot of my studio, Kata beach within 5 minutes walking distance, multiple restaurants within steps. Glad to be back in Phuket post COVID-19 pandemic lockdown and coming back to this property.

July 2021 - Kata Beach

Stayed here with my wife for a few weeks. Great location just minutes from the restaurants in the area and even closer to the beach. Room was very spacious with a comfy bed and a great bathroom. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The team were very attentive and friendly. We look forward to staying there again next time

Great place and especially staff. Jacky an Bankie were helpful, fast and easy communication. Arranged the Airport transfer, scooter rental the most simple way ! Top value for money, less than 100m from Kata beach ! A lot of restaurants around. For those who want to avoid crowded and party places like Patong !

Nice Villa close to Kata Beach, with nice view of the ocean, shopping and dining is only 5-7 min away. room was nice and clean, good for a short stay did not like- No power outlet in the bathroom and limited staff on site only 8-6 pm, limited furniture for a long term stay

Rooms are exactly as in the photos and the view is great, a bit removed from the direct business of Kata. The family running this place is just the sweetest and will go out of their way to help you have a great stay. Even after we checked out and moved to a different place in Phuket, they still helped us with transport etc. I would absolutely come back again!
