Absolutely amazing stay. The room was a bit dated, but we had a balcony, and great view. The pool is amazing, the restaurants are great. Check in was a joke… clearly had no training experience and was left alone… cc card machine not working…. Blaming our cards not your fault… clearly it was in the end…. Arrived at 4.30pm to be told our pool room wasn’t ready and the male receptionist just smiled and laughed… it was going bad to worse We get into the room…. And it smelt terribly damp and like the room has been locked up for ages…. We had to sleep with the doors open with mosquitos all around … This was our honeymoon so extremely unwelming. Will not be going back Rob Clarke and Jacob Caws
