The property was not an enjoyable experience, as the condition of the facility was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, the bathroom was unclean, and the closets were covered in dust. The towels provided were low quality and mismatched. The shower lacked a curtain, causing water to spill throughout the bathroom. Additionally, the lights in our room were not functioning, and there were no electrical outlets near the bed. The only positive aspect of our stay was the front desk staff, who were very kind.

2night stay. Bed very lumpy and hard. Air con machines on balcony unguarded with fan exposed.woken up at midnight before check out to be told we hadn’t paid yet! Cheap but that’s about it☹️ I don’t think it’s owned by Thai people! Frenchies bar by the pool is excellent

We spent nearly an hour to be advised by the newly front desk receptionist that we don’t have reservation when showed her the confirmed reservation. She repeatedly advised us there was no reservation under our names and no room is available. Luckily Noi was able to help and located the reservation. Noi was very accommodating to let us leave our luggage and have beach towels for our day tour prior to our check-in. We requested a room away from the streets and traffic noise. Instead we got the room facing the loudly street. Roaring motorcycles and vehicles noise kept us up all night! The bed didn’t help much as it was hard as a rock! Even though the hotel is not near the actions but the traffic noise is unbearable!

Room was spotless. Cleaners would clean everyday which was very good. Bedrooms were excellent. Staff were perfect, especially the reception manager Lee. Lee was Incredibly hospitable and helpful. Any issues I had he would solve them. Even helped me book a taxi to the airport on my departure and advised me on smaller things like how much a moped should be and where to get it from etc. overall terrific experience. Definitely recommend

No one is there after hours, we heard someone fighting around 2am and it lasted for 35 min and no one not even the police did anything. The pictures on the site are correct but in poor condition the restaurant was closed when I asked they said we don’t k is when it opens pool is behind a street vendor grilling meats and all the smoke goes into the pool area I had to ask for a tv and the door latch was broken off and the door doesn’t lock after opening the door open looks nice but looks can be deceiving.

Toute commodité autour (7-eleven en face, tout type de vendeur a etalage en bas, bar, washing machine, ....) La rue est assez vivante est agréable. L'hôtel possede une piscine tres agreable avec ces tables illuminées le soir, sa musique et son bar. Un super accueil, souriant et tres agreable. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec un grand balcon.
