Excellent staff, excellent room, great breakfast (à la carte), Nice pool. I recommend this hotel unreservedly. Only minor quibble is that it's a couple of blocks from the old town which, is awkward walking in the midday sun, if you have mobility issues.

Smooth, early check in—high five, we’d just flown halfway across the globe and were six hours early, we didn’t ask, they just said our room was ready(!)—and seamless checkout with assistance with sightseeing and transfer to next location; all staff exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful. Rooms thoughtfully appointed and aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast add on was perfect. Small, boutique hotel in perfect location for Sunday night market, shopping, massage. Exceptional value.

We visited for a short stay. Love the hotel, location and everything they offered. The restaurant will open soon in November, we will definitely come back to try out the food! The famous phuket old town is just 15-20 mins walk. The room we got is very comfy, and stylish design. Each and every details of this hotel has its own story (we got a chance to talk with the owner and he was very accommodating, show us around and tell us all the stories) The staffs there are very nice and polite, always willing to help. They even remember my name and greet me everytime they see me. I felt very special around them and will definitely come back for sure 😊

Very enjoyable stay

The hotel is only open for 2 months. But it is exceptional in terms of a minimalist calm design with very neutral colors throughout. Also very simple art and decorations as well. We had a room with 2 queen beds in a large room. Beds were very comfortable and wonderful bedding and pillows. The shower is very good with a hand held or rain shower water dispensers. It also has a large swimming pool. They will eventually open a restaurant in the near future. And the staff is very competent and responsive with a very friendly nature. Always important to make the customer feel appreciated.

4인가족 2025 송크란때 방문 두 자녀 작은 물총도 챙겨주고 직원들이 도로에서 함께 물총싸움도 해주고 전통스러운 꽃 목걸이까지 받아왔네요 친절함과 (비교적신축급이라)청결함이 많이 기억에 남아요 다음에 푸켓타운 간다면 아르코호텔로 다시 갈듯 조식은 추가주문해도 별도 비용 없었습니다. 그리고 수영장은 성인전용이라고 되어 있지만 성인과 함께 들어가면 딱히 제재하지는 않았어요 수영장 깊이가 1.3m정도라 초등학생에게는 깊어서 그런듯

Nagelneues Hotel in sehr guter Lage in der Altstadt. Schönes Design, sowohl in den Zimmern als auch im Poolbereich. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
