We really enjoyed our stay here and didn’t want to leave! The resort is beautiful, always spotless and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially, one of the supervisors Benz, Sue in the Isla restaurant, and Pham in the spa! The location is right on the beach which was fantastic. Very glad we chose Amora for our trip.

The staff were exceptional and attentive. We enjoyed our stay. I would like to thank the hotel staff for kindly caring for my daughter when she injured her leg from falling off a bike. It’s truly beautiful. Somewhat quiet - a little too far if you’re wanting the busier tourist spots like Patong but taxis do go there - use BOLT though it’s cheaper and more reliable. The staff are so kind and friendly. Not lots of vegetarian options on the menu HOWEVER they will 100% make anything they have vegetarian for you with no issues at all. A few more breakky options for vegetarians though would be amazing but honestly can’t fault them. Looks EXACTLY like the pictures too!!

Property layout opened nicely outwards to the beach area offering unobstructed view, not narrow or closed in. Staff were exceptional. The NORA beach club was nicely designed as a lounge or restaurant but took up too much beach frontage for members only. The dinner options at the resort were limited and buffet priced unrealistically high for the variety and quality of food served.

loved the staff, absolutely the best. very good breakfast with good selections Restaurant staff were very helpful and cheerful . beach access very good with with lots of recliners. beach and pool towels always available. room was very quiet, even our pool access room. staff added toppers to our bed and made sure we liked the comfort. nice pillows. Easy access to shopping on Boat avenue by Taxi or Tuk Tuk. The property is in excellent condition and gorgeous to walk around in. All in all no complaints at all.

We pay for 4 nights and since the first night was a big storm we could get to the hotel since all taxi drivers were canceling on us. We lost one night that was already pay but they decided do not give us any refund or any compensation as a credit for the inconvenience. The manager VERA was very rude and didn’t even let me talk. The hotel its nice need more cleaning.

We paid for all inclusive at this resort but could only get drinks from the restaurant or a small pool bar which wasn’t always open The rooms are beautiful, air con excellent, pools nice. Nora beach bar is not included in the all inclusive and we would have happily paid if it were a bit livelier and the staff more courteous but staff appeared disgruntled when asked for a drink and the price was quite expensive The staff within Amora beach resort were wonderful and a credit to the hotel If you walk up the beach to the right of the hotel there are many bars and all are excellent

Some hits and misses. The hotel room was nice and spacious, King sized bed large enough for Asian size… I was in room 224. Bathroom had bath tub although personally I prefer standing shower. Sink’s stopper did not always work well. It become “ stuck” .. water was almost overflowing while the tap leaked as well. Room ‘s aircon was good. Adjustable. Balcony facing the dining area was pleasant too. Can suntan at the balcony. Low rise property. No lifts Two pools and beachfront area. Deck chairs plenty for low season. Nora beach was not opened whej I was here on 9 June 2025, the weather was erratic due to the winds and some rain spots. Morning tends to have good sun. Staff at reception was kind to let me leave the room ar 230 PM as it was low season. Nearby had a few eateries but not that many.

Excellent hotel and package, but variable service.

A well appointed hotel with excellent facilities, including for children (water features, Kids Club...). Our all-inclusive package was excellent value - a great room right by the pool, and lots of good food and drinks for the money! The food and drinks in the (only) restaurant/bar were good overall, with some excellent dishes, though also a few disappointing ones (mainly Thai, surprisingly). But what really let down the hotel, and so this review, was the service in that restaurant. It was often slow, and erratic (dishes forgotten completely, or brought in the wrong order). If the hotel could improve that, it would warrant a 5-star review.

Hotel 1/5 Recently renovated, but felt very cheap. Light switches all over the room, confusing to use. Toward the end of our stay, some weird sewage smell started growing and don’t know where it came from. We ended up needing to switch rooms because the smell became too unbearable. We had to get the manager involved, she did a good job assisting us. Room service is very poor. When you call front desk, they are usually confused of your request and often just ignore you completely. I often have to go out of my way to get room service, it’s more like self service. Amenities 4/5 3 pools located in different parts of the resort. There’s got to be one close to you. The Kids Club is on the small end, but the staff are friendly and my little one had a blast, so I can’t complaint. Wifi is very weak and spotty. Restaurant 5/5 We opted in to the all inclusive package that allows us to eat all we want at the resort. But there’s a catch, only the ISLE Restaurant is on the list. Staff are friendly. Food is good. Definitely go for the chefs recommendations. Room service 1/5 Room service is very poor. When you call front desk, they are usually confused of your request and often just ignore you completely. I often have to go out of my way to get room service, it’s more like self service. Laundry service 0/5 We also had to do laundry during our stay. We had it sent out before 9:00am, was promised to get it back the same day but never did.
