We rented a 6 bedrooms house but when arrived, was given a 4 bedrooms house. We then were offer a refund of 2 bedrooms and was told refund amount will go back to Expedia account within 2 weeks. It has been more than 3 weeks and we have not got the refund. Try to contact the owner but no response. The place need a good deep clean and turn on air conditioning before guests arrive.

This is the prettiest hotel I have seen, beautifully decorated with comfortable bed and pillows & very quiet considering it was in front of the massive Gastropub. The staff were friendly and checked everything was ok during breakfast each morning. Breakfast was ok you could choose something from a list be cooked fresh and help yourself to the buffet. The only negative which is quite big for us is the pool, it does not have one but you can use the bar pool behind the hotel, you have to get a towel from reception then at the pool there is nowhere really to sit and relax and people come and look and watch especially being westerners. We were going to book a day pass at the Hilton nearby the next day for Vnd 750,000 which you can use as a credit for food/drinks/spa but it was raining that day, you can use the gym and the pool area which has privacy and relaxing sun beds.

The property was great! They buggy you to the market nearby and also to the night market. The staff was very helpful for anything we needed help with. Daisy and Haia were so awesome! The breakfast buffet was really good every morning too. Andochine is located nicely on the island.
