And most of all the staff are second to none in my experience. The most pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating staff I've met. If you're fortunate you'll get your introductory tour led by "Professor" Astrid!"

"Overall, the experience was only nice because of the proximity to the beach and the sunsets. Other than that, it has been such a disappointment. The cleanliness standards are so low - the food was left outside door, multiple staff walk past the door and no one cleared it. Ants were all over the place. The AC was leaking water, wasn't cooling the room despite maintaining it at a constant 18 degrees. The staff were a cherry on top of this, so hostile, rude and incompetent. Brace yourself with a lot of patience before you decide to enter the place."
