"There is NO beach. It’s like a rundown marina. The closest beach is 40 mins. There is nothing close to the stay. I wish I booked something in the center of the city because it was nearly impossible to get a taxi or a grab. And when you did it was very expensive ($40 CAD). Its not worth booking this place to save money. Also the address brings you about 3 blocks away from the actual property. You have to walk through sketchy streets. Its a shame because the staff is so sweet."

"I had an accident and twisted my ankle, but Huyền Bella went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. They provided a wheelchair and crutches, and even brought breakfast to my room. I’m very satisfied with their service."
"You will not experience a better excuisite and adventurous resort: The location, resort facilities, amenities, resort property, room experience, breakfast, and onsite restaurants. And most of all the staff are second to none in my experience. The most pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating staff I've met. If you're fortunate you'll get your introductory tour led by "Professor" Astrid!"
"Overall, the experience was only nice because of the proximity to the beach and the sunsets. Other than that, it has been such a disappointment. The cleanliness standards are so low - the food was left outside door, multiple staff walk past the door and no one cleared it. Ants were all over the place. The AC was leaking water, wasn't cooling the room despite maintaining it at a constant 18 degrees. The staff were a cherry on top of this, so hostile, rude and incompetent. Brace yourself with a lot of patience before you decide to enter the place."
"If you are planning to go to Grand world vinwonders or the Safari. This a great option. Shuttle service from the airport was eay and convenient and getting to all these e places are super convenient as well due to the free shuttle service "
"La Festa has a wonderful location, where all the happenings in Sunset Town centred around the hotel. Everything is walking distance and there was barely a need to take transport to go to the popular tourist locations. Staff are attentive and the breakfast spread is to die for!
As the property is vast, it is good for both families and those that would like a quiet holiday. "
"This place can’t be 5 star resort. I would say 3.5.
By the pool
- No wi-fi connection,
- No one to service hence empty cans and glasses by the beach chairs left in the morning will be there until evening.
Room
- they do make up your room but longer you stay, it gets more sandy. I guess they don't vacuum,
- more than half of the electrical outlets had something stuck inside and could not be used,
Restaurants
- overall really pricy for Vietnam if you didn’t go for all inclusive package.
- 4 restaurants open for dinner, Mexican, Spanish, Burger/street food, and buffet,
- Mexican restaurant has really limited selections, 3 starters, 3 main dishes, 4 tacos and 1 dessert, if I remember correctly,
- Spanish restaurant has more options but just ok quality,
- Burger/ street food restaurant is the place we used the most. Lots of options and good quality.
I don’t know if overall quality applies to different resorts in Phu Quoc, but I would not come back again to Phu Quoc.
Rather go back to Phuket or Bali on my next beach holiday."
"I would give a 4.5* if I could - overall we loved our stay here, the resort has excellent facilities for families - we loved the water park (adults included) and the games/arcade room which was perfect to end the night or escape the sun!
Couple of things that docked points - depending on where your villa is, you have to order a buggy to pick you up. Sometimes it’s quick, sometimes you’re waiting up to 7-10mins - that was a tad frustrating esp with a toddler. Also the accessibility around the pool to restaurant / bathroom is only one bridge over the pool, so if you’re on the other side it’s quite a walk - they should have QR codes or staff at different check points to order from. The main room and second room are on opposite ends of the villa, so not ideal if you have young kids, our toddler ended up sleeping in our room and the kitchen space is also separate which isn’t ideal - so layout is a bit off but not a deal breaker!
Otherwise the rooms were great! Loved having the private pool too! "
