Really nice pool and garden. Rooms clean and pleasant, with very comfortable beds.
Staff were hit and miss, some friendly and helpful, others not so. Breakfast was OK. Not a buffet style as expected but you were offered a menu to select options.
The entrance was a little underwhelming and could be more welcoming as this is the first impression and there was often bits of litter here and there which slightly spoilt the vibe. It would have taken little effort to clear and tidy the entrance area. We had to ask several times for room supplies and a bulb for the reading lamp, which never appeared.
