"Beautiful property overlooking the bay with direct access to the ocean boardwalk. Large shopping mall is about a 20min walk and accessible via the boardwalk. Many local restaurants nearby. The rooms are slightly scuffed since they are older, but overall the room is lovely. Clean room, wonderful waterfall shower, comfy beds, robes, slippers, flip flops, hair drier, flat iron, many toiletries, water bottles, tea, coffee, quiet Breakfast buffet is massive and goes until 1pm. We didnt eat lunch...

"Lovely two day stay at the Villa in Sanya, away from any crowds and a nice beachfront mostly to ourselves. Breakfast was quite good even if dinner on-site was more average, but quite close to downtown Sanya so plenty of local dining options within easy reach. Very pleasant little retreat!"

The crew were so accommodating, the place extremely clean and modern. It’s close to the beach but not too close making it so quiet. The ocean view from my room was spectacular and serene and most importantly the price is so reasonable. I’m so grateful that Ascott made such a great property in such a great location. "Helt O>k hotell. Ligger en bit ifrån Cantrum och stranden. Har dock pool, med bara lite sol. Finns bra och billiga resturanger runt om. Bra frukost."
