โรงแรมสวนน้ำใน ฟินิกซ์

"We loved that the property was literally in a mountain! Staff was helpful and always around when needed. All the amenities were great, we were disappointed that the Different Pointe of View was closed, but that means that we will have to come back when it is open!"

"This property needs a massive update and is very dated. The staff at the front desk have zero authority and have to go to someone in a back room to make any decisions. Not only were fees added without my consent but they accused me of being untruthful until I showed them the written communication. Cleaning lady refused to leave at 10 AM even though checkout is 11 AM. Do better for other guests as I will not be returning."

"Sehr große, saubere Zimmer. Gute poollandschaft. Sehr nettes Personal."
