Brand new, beautiful setup. The fitout and design of the hotel is top class. The Kauboy restaurant is exceptional… we ended up eating there every night. We had a room on the side opposite the bars and never heard any outside noise. The rooftop pool is also incredible. We would come back to Phoenix just to stay here!

Noise is off the charts

Beautiful hotel, brand new. Friendly and helpful staff. All the reviews that talk about the noise from the Club Casa Amigo directly across the street are spot on. We thought we would give it a try but everyone was right, the noise is ridiculous. If you stay Monday-Wednesday you will be fine, Thursday-Sunday forget about it. Marriott should be ashamed to have selected this site for a hotel, it's ridiculous. The music pounds all the way to 2am non stop. Do not spend your money here, it's a waste.

Very nice and clean hotel but the noise level at night was totally over the top. I read reviews prior to booking saying it was loud but I thought it would be fine because I'm not a finicky person. I totally should have listened! The ear plugs provided by the hotel were of little help. Im sorry to say that I regret booking here at this price point.

If your not a college kid, DO NOT STAY HERE

So loud all day and all night from the club next door. Avoid at all cost if you value getting rest on a weekend. Music until 2:30am.

The location of this hotel is fantastic and you can walk to many hot spots in Scottsdale. HOWEVER, this is an "Instagram Hotel." It looks pretty and shiny but is basically a shell sort of like a Barbie Dreamhouse. The shower is about as useful as showering in the sink and barely trickles out. We ate at the Cafe and it was absolutely horrible, the service was poor and the food was almost inedible. Despite telling the server this, we were given a bill for $200 for lunch. The front desk/lobby was under staffed and we had a hard time getting service for check in/out and the individuals that were working were extremely odd. Stay here if your focus is posting pretty pics on the gram and have zero expectations of a fully functioning hotel with appropriate amenities.

The hotel is new and nicely appointed. But terribly loud- the outdoor club next door was absurdly loud until past 11pm on a Sunday evening, and THUDS of heavy weights from the gym at 6:30am over and over again. I could not sleep in this hotel. And then, zero (I mean zero) water pressure. I couldn’t even wash my hair, it was a trickle. There would have been no chance of getting shampoo out. Finally, I thought this was walking distance to the shops and restaurants at fashion island. If you want to walk a busy road and cross huge intersections, I guess you could. But my uber driver told me not to risk it.
