The front desk clerk was fantastic. Courteous, informative, attentive, and AVAILABLE. Never had to "search" for anyone. The room was top-notch in my book! I slept so comfortably. The entire room, bathroom, kitchen was clean and all appliances were in working order. The only issue I had was the lack of parking spaces available. Vehicles with trailers need to have their own section instead of taking up FOUR OR FIVE parking spaces. Which meant I had to park in the gym's parking lot next door which was NOT close to the hotel. But overall, I would DEFINITELY recommend MyPlace as a go-to place to stay.

This is a new hotel. Very clean. The little kitchen is great for multiple-night stays. If I visit Mesa again, I'll definitely book here.

A/C never cooled the room This is a new hotel so you would think everything would be sparkling clean…not so! Dust everywhere and lots of hair in the shower. Yuck! Also the room had a 2 burner stovetop but no pans, dishes or silverware. Who carries kitchen items to a hotel with them?

Staff member Kai was exceptional. We experienced multiple flight delays, so we did not arrive until almost 20 hours after our original ETA, and Kai assisted me every time I called with an update to make sure our room would be available when we arrived. Then, when we finally arrived, Kai greeted us with the largest smile and knew exactly who we were! Couldn’t ask for better!

The room was great- clean, comfortable and the AC worked great (which we were worried about based on other reviews, but it was a complete non-issue for us). The bed was insanely comfortable- we could have slept forever. The amenities were somewhat lacking, but it got the job done for a one-night stay.

This hotel just opened and they really need to train their staff. Right now they are inattentive to any customers needs. We stayed 4 nights and 90% of the time we didn’t see anyone anywhere. Not behind the desk not cleaning rooms nowhere to be found. After 3 nights I finally encountered someone at the front desk in the morning. I inquired if they could take out our trash, supply us with more toilet paper and replaced the 1/2 roll of paper towels that ran out on the second day. He responded sure no problem. We left the following day without any of these items replaced. A simple kindness of doing what you say and acknowledging a customer goes along way to customer satisfaction. There was a very nice kitchenette, but no plates, no utensils or no pans.
