It's about what you would expect for the price. Clean enough, lots of yelling and doors slamming throughout the night. Plenty of hooker's and shady dudes around. For a guy who needs to get off the road for the night it's fine. Definitely not a place you bring the family.

Staff is always nice. The ac is nice and works great. But they could change them out a we can have heat whenever we need it. Instead of waiting for the outside temp to drop below 65. And they could put fridge and microwave in every room.

Staff was very helpful and easy to work with. If there was an issue they quickly resolved it. On a scale from 1 to 10. They are a 9. Housekeeping was on point and room were clean. I want to thank them for their time and service. Really appreciate it.

Although the room was vey basic and clean it was a bit tired. The bed was very hard so had difficulty sleeping however the shower was great and the location of the Motel was perfect for my stay. I’ve stayed before so knew what to expect.

Very clean room, #254. Great shower! Frontdesk lady was nice, but had to ask her several times to speak up. Not sure why she thought i could hear her whisper, after i told her twice that i ouldn't hear what she was saying. Otherwise, the one night stay was satisfactory and sufficed our needs.

Out of all of the Motel 6 properties in the Phoenix Metroplex area, this property at 336 West Hampton Avenue in Mesa is by far the best kept secret! The property is well maintained, staffed by the most professional, kind, helpful and courteous individuals that I have met in quite some time. You will not be disappointed by making your stay here at this Motel 6. I promise you that you will be treated like a valued customer and you will enjoy everything that is close by this Motel 6. From the dining to the recreational places for you and your family, this is the place to be and to stay!

We were in room 208, and let me tell you, it was horrible.. The traffic, bc it was a corner room, everyone felt the need to stand in front of the door and talk and it was all day and all night... Other than that, room was clean, staff was pleasant
