None of the pictures on Expedia are update, they are pictures from years ago. The rooms stink, the hallway carpets are dirty and trash everywhere, the sidewalks haven't been washed down in years, the pool was green and slim floating at the bottom. Lots of street people. The women at the front desk were very accommodating and tried to fix the situation. We finally stayed at a loft there because when we rented it, it didn't give address until after we paid again and landed up being the same place. Rented a kitchenette with no microwave, no kind of dishes, no coffee pot, 2 out of 3 tv's didnt work, you pay to wash your towels and sheets, no cups, nothing. After complaining they did get us coffee pot and new pots an pans, cups and silverware and they had someone come out and fix the pool but it was still green when we left and they did bring a cable box for 1 tv and a cable for the other. I should not have to complain to get everything corrected but they did try. Unsupervised kids running around and swimming in the pool the next day when it was still green and not ready. Never did get the microwave we asked for. I've never stayed at a hotel that makes you wash your towels and sheets and pay for it at their laundromat. The GM and ladies at the front desk did try and get us things we asked for. Sorry but nothing like the listing at all nor the second listing either.
