I book hotels by reviews so I want to make sure I left one for this hotel. While the room was clean, I had just traveled 7 hours and was going to a concert close by so I wanted to take a nap and a shower. Well once I laid down I knew a peaceful nap was out of the question. The hotel is close to the freeway off ramp and between the cars on the freeway and the loud racing cars on the street, it was impossible to rest and that included the whole night. Then when I went to take a shower I found that there was no shower curtain. I tried to take a shower but water was going everywhere on the floor. Plus there was no toilet paper. So while the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable, my over all stay was poor. I reported this to the front desk and all I got was, "the next time you stay with us we will do our best to help you out." Why would I stay somewhere I could not get a good night sleep!

Nice for the price. Unannounced $150 damage deposit required upon check in. It’s a hold on your credit card so it’s impossible to know if they will charge you anything even if you left your room in perfect condition. Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

The staff was great. the breakfast was great. location right of the freeway is very convenient. parking was clean and convenient. they had an outside area to eat which was very nice in the evening hours, The ice machine was working but it was leaking water. On one of the days, we did come across a cockroach it was dying but still gross. the soap and shampoo and conditioner were very small did have to ask for extra for shower,

The person who assisted us at check-in was incredibly friendly; they took great care of us and helped us with many things we needed. We requested cribs for my two babies, and they were already set up in our room when we arrived. Excellent customer service.

It's convenient to shopping, eating, movie theater,golfing and gambling. There breakfast is ok. They could add a few more options but looking at their space where they set up would not allow it. Rooms clean and the beds are super comfy.

The staff was helpful. The property needs some upgrades mostly to the key card system. We had to have our room key fixed 7 times in a one night stay. We were worried about leaving our room at the same time because we would have to go to the front desk to get back in. Our TV did not work and the issue was not resolved by my choice. The night desk clerk and maintenance had their hands full with a flood behind the front desk area. I figured if we had internet I could just watch on my tablet. I couldn't use the internet because the username and password would not work. The front desk did allow us to cancel our second night and our third party booker promptly refunded us. The medical appointments we came for had to be rescheduled due to some lab work that came back with an issue. It was super cool of the hotel to allow the cancel and refund. We had to get our key fixed 3 times to get back in our room after breakfast. The day shift said they are working toward getting tap entry which will be great for future guests. I was told my key issue was because they had us in the wrong room, but that makes no sense because why would the key work randomly in the wrong room? We did meet really nice guests who also had problems and gladly shared tricks to make our key work. The property is very much improved from a few years ago and they are really making strides toward improvement. I would recommend but bring your patience. It really is a nice property with a great staff.
